Return Authorization Required

To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your RA instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, and in their original, unopened packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to denial.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued for the item price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
